Dear Santa, my name is Metafora. My name means transferring meaning from one place to another, and I did just that. I moved from a life full of cold, hunger, and loneliness toward hope, warmth, and love. I was born in the countryside, where things weren't going well. I was rescued, but since then I've been waiting a long time for my own home. I'm still on a journey- from a past that hurt to a future that I hope will be happy. If you can, please give me: dry puppy food so I have the strength to keep waiting, sanitary pads so I can be a clean tenant, and tugs so I can play and forget my sorrows.
