My name is Serdel. I'm 7 years old. I came to the shelter in March 2024. I was very neglected, with patches of hair around my neck. I was chained, but now I live in a kennel, have my own toys, and go for walks, which I love. I'm looking for a home with a garden where I can play during the day and sleep in a warm house at night.
