I used to be afraid of everything: people, noises, even touch. I'd hide in a corner and think it would be like that forever. But today? Today I can approach, wag my tail, grin with joy, and ask for a petting. I've learned to trust and believe again that goodness exists. I love quiet walks and belly rubs because then I feel safe. Holidays are supposedly a time for miracles... maybe one will happen to me too? Will you give me something?
