My name is Balbina. I'm probably 8 years old. I was homeless, but an older woman took me in. But something happened; that woman disappeared, and I was thrown out. It was cold, and I had to be outside again. I was scared. But they took me, locked me in a box, and took me somewhere warm. And in the spring, they took me to the countryside, to another woman who keeps me at home, but I can also lie in the sun. This woman is very kind, feeds me and speaks to me kindly. She doesn't yell like others used to. I need a lot of food to be completely happy.
