CHOOSE ANOTHER ANIMAL
Hello, Nysia here. From the moment I was adopted, I was terrified by this new situation. It's no wonder, as I'd gone from the comfort of my home to a kennel, a place I didn't recognize, with people I didn't know. I didn't know they didn't mean me harm, so my reaction was defensive. Everyone was convinced I wasn't the cuddly type, that I liked to swat, that I was a cat with a strong personality. Imagine their surprise when some time passed and I trusted them and transformed into a loving cat! I really like other cats; it's clear we support each other in times of need. I've also grown fond of the volunteers; I purr, play catch, and ask for pets. Of course, when I've had enough of the cuddles, I'll decide: stop, stop petting, and then I'll show them I need some peace and quiet.
